Key Accomplishments

  • Developed the design strategy for Mastercard's HR Portal employee experience, resulting in a reduction of employees considering Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) as their first stop for HR-related questions to 3%, down from 39%*.
  • Established and led Mastercard's HR Portal steering committee.
  • Designed an end-to-end Tier 0/Tier 1 support model for Mastercard's learning champions.
  • Implemented a standardized Tier 2 operating model from intake to delivery, including process documentation and reporting.
  • Worked with Mastercard's Mergers & Acquisitions team to streamline acquired companies' integrations into Mastercard systems.
